Effects of integrated application of inorganic and organic fertilizer on properties of soil planted with rice

Fertilizer application is essential in the improvement of soil quality and crop yield; it was therefore necessary to investigate effects integrated inorganic organic base fertilizer on chemical physical properties. This experiment conducted at Ambrose Alli University Teaching Research Farm, Ekpoma, Nigeria. The laid out a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with seven treatments, replicated three times; treatments were; control (zero application), Indorama granular urea (GU), prilled (PU), full dose P&K+75% (GUPK), (PUPK), + 25% FYM (GUP&K+FYM), (PUP&K+FYM). rice variety cultivated FARO 59. initial results analyses showed that low nutrient below critical values, combine significantly (p<0.05) improved status compared other treatments. combined increased pH value from 5.64 6.92.
